Keeping pets and enhancing lifestyle

A pet is, generally, a domesticated animal, kept for companionship or amusement, though there are *other meanings* for the word ‘pet/s’ (Reference: Thesaurus) Dogs and cats are the favourites, generally. Other pets may be rabbits, tortoises, hamsters, guinea pigs, parrots, fish….. the list can go on and on. The intensity of the interaction between the pet owner and the pet depends on the owner’s personality and needs and the pet’s ability to respond.
A dog is more responsive and more faithful than a cat, because a dog is more dependent and more in need of attention than a cat. In fact, a cats are very independent and can be very disdainful, choosing when they want to be petted and when they want to be left alone

Cats own their owners and not the owners their cats!

Cats in essence will need less attention and will be self sustaining. The downside to that is that what ever affection you wish to shower on them will only be returned at their discretion. What cheek!!

Now the upside is that you are living in an environment with a species of our earth that brings balance to your circle of life. Sharing this space already helps in enhancing your lifestyle. Caring for them is another.
